Elisabeth Troni joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as Head of EMEA Research & Insight. Elisabeth provides leadership, strategy and management of the research and insight function across EMEA, working and liaising closely with EMEA market and skill line leaders, as well as with regional research leads in the Americas and Asia Pacific. EMEA Research & Insight is focused on differentiating the firm’s offer to clients through the ability to deliver forward looking, insightful and value-add market research.
Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Elisabeth was Global Real Estate Strategist at Aberdeen Asset Management. In this role, she was primarily responsible for analysing the risk-adjusted potential of global real estate investment opportunities. Prior to joining Aberdeen Asset Management, Elisabeth worked at UBS Global Asset Management for six years initially as Global Real Estate Economist and subsequently as Global Strategist.
Before that, Elisabeth was in charge of portfolio strategy at St. Martin’s Corporation, the direct investment arm of the Kuwait Investment Authority. She previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a research analyst from 2003 to 2005.
Elisabeth graduated with distinction (B.A. Economics) from Columbia University in New York, New York.
