Nick LiVigne

Nick manages Verizon’s global workplace strategy and leads the company’s coworking venture. His work leverages the confluence of design, technology, and culture to elevate workplace experience and build powerful platforms to support corporate innovation.

Verizon’s coworking venture focuses on creatively repurposing legacy assets and building bridges to local startup ecosystems. By working with partner coworking operators, Nick’s team has opened six locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Nick has over 10 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry. Prior to joining Verizon, he led the corporate energy and sustainability program at Leidos (formerly SAIC) and the company’s flexible workplace programs. His previous experience included stints at architecture and design firm, Mancini Duffy, and the U.S. General Services Administration.

He holds a degree in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University’s College of Human Ecology.
