Circular By Design | Rethinking the Workspace Lifecycle

Sustainability isn’t a sideline anymore. It is the metric investors, occupiers and operators use to decide who stays in the game.

This panel gets practical. We will look at the circular economy through a flex-workspace lens, focusing on what it takes to design, retrofit and run spaces that cut carbon, cut waste and still deliver commercially.

We will tackle the hard questions. Retrofit or rebuild? How do you get landlords on board? What do tenants actually want from a sustainable space? And we will share the answers that are already working in the real world.
