Three stops, all within easy walking distance, taking in some of Victoria’s most distinctive workspaces. Tour finishes at Fora on Greencoat Place.
Stop 1: x+why at Fivefields (10:00 to 10:30)
Set on Grosvenor Gardens four minutes from Victoria station, Fivefields is x+why’s Victoria home — a deliberately purpose-driven space that draws impact-focused businesses and charities alongside commercial tenants. Private offices run from 13 to 44 desks, with dedicated kitchens, breakout areas and a roof terrace. The community is carefully curated across 750+ members, with regular programming and networking woven into the rhythm of the building.
Stop 2: Argyll at Nova North (10:45 to 11:15)
