Tour 3 | Qube, Work.Life, Mindspace
Starting point: Qube, Shoreditch, 29-33 Scrutton Street, EC2A 4HU
Three stops, all within easy walking distance, taking in some of Shoreditch’s most distinctive workspaces.

Stop 1: Qube, Shoreditch (10:00 to 10:30)
An exclusive first look at one of the most anticipated workspace openings in the country. Qube Shoreditch is a 33,000 sq ft creator hub built in partnership with Workspace Group at 110–122 Clifton Street — recording studios, podcasting facilities and DJ studios alongside flexible offices, conceived from the ground up for the makers, musicians and content creators who’ve long defined this corner of East London. Built at a scale that’s hard to find anywhere in the country.

Stop 2: Work.Life, Old Street (10:45 to 11:15)
Rivington House sits just steps from Old Street roundabout, and Work.Life has made it one of the most complete flexible spaces in the area. Private offices for 2 to 40 desks, a boardroom, a podcast studio and an on-site gym sit alongside coworking, with free weekly breakfasts, yoga classes and a packed events calendar built into the membership. The mix of tech startups, creatives and established businesses gives it a genuinely varied community — three minutes from Old Street station.

Stop 3: Mindspace, Shoreditch (11:30 to 12:00)
Nine Appold Street is a two-minute walk from Liverpool Street station, and Mindspace fills it with more than the usual flex-office formula. The 3,000 sq ft eighth-floor communal lounge opens onto an outdoor balcony — a rarity at this scale in central London — with a barista bar one floor up. Private offices, dedicated desks, coworking and a 150-person event space serve a community that spans freelancers, growing teams and established businesses, with 24/7 access, weekly events and a pet-friendly policy built into the membership.
