Stop 1: x+why at Fivefields (10:00 to 10:30)

Set on Grosvenor Gardens four minutes from Victoria station, Fivefields is x+why's Victoria home — a deliberately purpose-driven space that draws impact-focused businesses and charities alongside commercial tenants.
