How did you get into coworking?
I was keen to work in a business which combined two of my interests: hospitality and technology. I also wanted to work in a sector that was growing and had structural tailwinds. I joined Techspace in 2017 as it had all of those characteristics.
What strategies do you believe are most effective for differentiating a coworking brand in today’s competitive market?
Understanding the difference between commoditised or easily copied features and products & services that are genuinely unique and desirable to the segment of customers you are targeting.
What are you most looking forward to at GCUC London?
